Handled a wide range of debt and equity transactions across the globe for the past decade, with a particular focus on NPLs, real estate credit, equity, and other financial assets. Prior to joining Fionic, Mr. Brown served as an Associate at Hudson Advisors in London.

Jonathan Yu

Brings a combination of accounting, finance, banking and capital markets experience with a focus in delivering best-in-class governance and value-added financial advice in support of business strategy. Mostly recently served as the Senior Vice President and CFO, Capital Markets at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC).

Alon Palombo

Artificial Intelligence expert, former Deep Learning Team Lead at Apple, conducted academic research on A.I algorithms, holds an MSc in Computer Science and MBA.

Amit Benjo Schor

Former Navy Head of Research and Development (75 engineers), in charge of developing real-time operational large scale distributed systems with critical mission objectives. Holds a BSc in Software Engineering.

30+ years of experience as an investor and lender in North America, Europe, and Asia. Has led private equity, credit, and real estate businesses, with deep experience in NPLs, distressed debt, and restructurings. Before joining Fionic, he was President, Asia at Lone Star Funds.
